Long story short, their sign-in system puts on line patrons ahead of patrons setting there waiting. They lost this customer! Sorry Karen, I've found a new barber!

Waiting my turn in line, still three people in front of me, family of three walks in, and somehow my wait time goes from 12 minutes to 25 minutes. Smh, cutting in line, never going there again. Response: If there was online check in, then it should have showed them checked in Prior to me checking in (waiting 15 mins before they arrived).... that's what a waiting line is for. what's the point of sitting a waiting line if online check in skips the line. Smh. They checked in at the counter, then the times changed. That's not online check in. Bad business practices, terrible customer service, owner doesn't have a clue or doesn't care. There are about 10 different places within 2 mi that have good customer service, and online check in.
