I have been a frequent customer for several years and it saddens me to say I will not be going back. Today I checked in online and there was no wait. I got to the store and was “on deck” as I watched 3 stylist clean and converse casually as I waited for 40mins. During that time no one was even being serviced. Complete lack of customer service and sensitivity to my time as a customer.

Great Manager (Julia). Awesome haircut. The best I’ve had. She trains all her stylist and does a great job. Love the hot steamed towel and massage. I would recommend her to everyone She is amazing. I’ve seen other reviews on here about her, but they are wrong. She is the sweetest lady I know. You will not be dissatisfied if she cuts your hair. Keep up the great work Julia. Running the store and taking such good care of the clients.
