I brought my 9 year old son here . It took 3 months for him to grow out his hair to get the hair cut he wanted.... I showed the picture of what he wanted and the lady started to shave his sides this was the manager that was cutting his hair . I looked at him and omg she shaved his sides bald a up way to high it looked to horrible I was devastated!!!!!! She said to me well its to late now what you want me to do !! I said stop what your doing I asked another girl if she can fix it the sweet girl tried and made it look a little better ... My poor son is very shy when we got in the car he started crying.... Thank God I took pictures before and middle and after... I will never go back

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all who work here! My son came in here back in March and left his glasses. Covid hit and all our worlds became crazy. We totally forgot we had been there and figured he’d lost his glasses at school. Four months later they took the time to go back and try to find us. They had labeled the glasses with my sons first name and proceeded to look up all clients with my sons name and calling them. We came down on the off chance they were his and they were. Julia thank you for going above and beyond and to any others who helped in finding us. I’m pretty sure others wouldn’t have taken the time to track down the owners. We are so grateful!

I have been getting my haircut from Julia for several years now and the service is just phenomenal. Customer service is always 5 star service and I try to refer as many friends as possible.
